Bassett does not warrant the accuracy, completeness or reliability of any content appearing on the website, however Bassett makes reasonable endeavours to ensure, wherever possible in the collation, preparation and maintenance of material and information appearing on this website, that it is up to date. Website content is subject to change at any time without notice and may not necessarily be up to date or accurate at the time you view it.
By accessing this site and the data contained therein, you acknowledge and agree that you do so at your own risk. To the maximum extent possible at law, you indemnify and hold harmless Bassett from all actions, claims suits and demands which arise or may arise from your use of the site, and Bassett shall not hold any liability whatsoever for any loss or damage occasioned by your use of the site.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws in force in New South Wales from time to time and each party accepts the jurisdiction of New South Wales Courts, and any Court to which an appeal lies, in relation to any dispute between the parties.

You acknowledge that Bassett is the owner and/or licensee of all material on this Website and asserts it moral and copy rights in relation to such all such material displayed. You agree not to deal or otherwise use Bassett website material without the express written consent of Bassett.

SHIPPING POLICY

Bassett endeavours to ship all orders within 24 hours of receipt, or on the next business day if an order is received on a weekend. We use Star Track for our deliveries.

We will endeavour to have our delivery service follow your instructions. If you elect to have your delivery left at a designated space or area (i.e. “At front Door”), your order is deemed to be delivered at the time of dispatch from our warehouse.

If you stipulate personal delivery, then you will either be available to receive your delivery personally, or nominate someone to sign for receipt of your delivery at your nominated delivery address. We reserve the right to make delivery by multiple parcels depending on the delivery size and area. Please note that Star Track cannot deliver to PO Boxes.

DELIVERY POLICY

You will receive confirmation of your Order via email after processing and payment.

Subject to your order being available and in stock, we will endeavour to ship your order within 24 hours. We will endeavour to contact you if for any reason there is an anticipated delay in shipment of your order. REFUND & RETURNS POLICY

If upon receipt of your order, the goods are different to those that you ordered, we will replace or refund your order on receipt by us of your original order in unopened packaging. You must notify us within 7 days of receipt of your order if you believe that the goods delivered are different from your Order placed with us. We pride ourselves on the high quality of our products. If for any reason your product is defective or has suffered from environmental effects during transport, we will endeavour to send you replacement product(s) as soon as possible.

We sell a variety of products with different taste and texture characteristics. You acknowledge that such characteristics vary and whilst we endeavour to provide accurate descriptions on our website, taste can be highly subjective. You further acknowledge that any lack of satisfaction with individual product characteristics as set out above does not amount to, or constitute incorrect product delivery by Bassett. If you have queries or issues regarding the above, we ask that you contact us at enquiries@bassettespresso.com.au so that we may try to resolve any issues.

Products that have been delivered and subsequently consumed or damaged post-delivery cannot be returned for refund. Any returns must be made in original, unbroken and unmarked packaging, and at your risk. You are responsible for payment of all postage and insurance except where it can be demonstrated that we have delivered a product wrongly, contrary to your order specifications or that the product is defective.
